Emily B.Manhattan Beach, California, United States
It took a full 10-days for the package to arrive, then it was shipped in a large cardboard box, when an envelope would have been sufficient.

Like Petbuck, no prescription needed.Takes a while to receive product. But it'seems worth the wait. Received in excellent condition.

2016 was my first time ordering from Pet Bucket.com; I ordered 3 - 12 paks of StrongHold for my 4 dogs. I was so happy to find a site that has such affordable prices and allowed me to order without contacting my Vet. I put StrongHold on my dogs every month of every year without fail. Now in May 2017, I return to reorder and the price has gone down! Yeah what a company!

Super fast shipping, product arrived a little squished but intact otherwise....very happy with cost and will use again.
-
Ellen S.Ridgefield, Connecticut, United States
Arrives when I need it at a price I can afford, unlike the same thing from a vet which is beyond belief expensive. Part of why I like this is that my cat's vet makes no money from what I buy.

Love the fact of not needing a vet prescription to get our dogs the multi wormer and tick/flea preventing medicine. I order when I use the next to last one, so allows for the extra shipping time from UK to the USA. I usually get the order within 2-3 weeks. Always in time for the next months application date. The price is so much cheaper than going thru my vet too. Thank you for having such a great way for people to care for their pets at reduced prices and with ease.

I am always happy with the product and the prices. It is a very affordable option for people with multiple pets!
However this was the first time my product took three and a half weeks to arrive. My orders have always arrived either right at two weeks or just shortly after. I sent two separate emails regarding this and received no reply whatsoever. Although this was extremely disappointing I will continue to order from Petbucket because the prices are unbeatable!

I placed my first order, and trusted that both items would be here before needed again. I also signed up for auto refill to avoid any delays.. in the future. The first order arrived, and I won't lie, it was close, but Petbucket delivered, as promised. They had the best price I could find on the Internet, and I was already familiar with product coming from overseas. I will be ordering a third product and do expect the same great pricing and shipping policy. Thank you!

I was very happy to find a retail establishment that sold affordable flea treatment for my 20 rescue cats. Granted, it means ordering out of country, so it takes longer to receive the products. But I will trade that for affordability, since I have so many kitties. It's just a matter of timing when to place my timing so it arrives prior to their next application. Thank you for great service....
