I expected the order to take several weeks but it only took a week and three days, not bad for an order coming from Singapore. Every time I phoned customer service to ask a question I have found the staff very professional and very pleasant and eager to help.

We have ordered from Pet Bucket before and have never been disappointed! The orders are shipped promptly, correctly, and we save tons of money (compared to local vets & other online pet suppliers). I have confidence in the products offered by Pet Bucket and really, that`s the main thing! I know I am taking great care of my dog and paying less for it! I would recommend this company to anyone with a pet. http://c9874578.r78.cf2.rackcdn.com/148/testimonial/5934.JPG

I have ordered three times now from Pet Bucket because of your terrific prices. The first order did take a while to arrive, but this time not so much. We have some barn cats on the farm which needed some flea protection and the good products (Revolution) are extremely expensive for 8 cat-even from you. Your website is user friendly and easy to find. Thank you.
