We have two large dogs and were spending a fortune on flea and heart worm medicines until I found Petbucket. The prices are great and it only takes about 14 days to get the order. As soon as I give the last dose, I place an order for another six months. This is VERY convenient and I have told all my pet owner friends about this service. Thank you.

I ordered Stronghold (Revolution) Flea Treatment for our 4 cats and it was an EXCELLENT experience with your company.
The shipment took forever to get to Canada. 4 weeks later I still had not received it. I contacted Customer Service and received a reply within 20 minutes stating that sometimes packages get stuck at Customs and would I mind to wait another week. I did not mind.
Fast forward one week and still nothing in the mail. Contacted Customer Service, received a reply within 15 minutes. Was given the option of a refund or a reship. Opted for the reship.
3 days after the new package was shipped out the original shipment showed up. Murphy's Law at its finest!!!
Got in contact with Customer Service again and was given some options. Decided to pay for 2nd shipment and keep it.
I am so impressed with your Customer Service, the speed of reply, the understanding of the issues..... I would highly recommend PetBucket to anyone who would like to save some money and experience wonderful Customer Service.

I ordered a flea & tick treatment product for our dog and after finally receiving it I was pleased. Only reason for a 4 vs 5 star is no shipping tracking on the product.

I did receive my order, on time as promised! I am extremely pleased with the service, customer service and great prices at Petbucket. I've told several of my friends about my experience with PB and how wonderful your service and prices are.......and believe me, I looked for days, for best prices on heartworm and tick medicine and PB has them all beat, hands down! The product I purchased prevents ALL of these things in one pill.......and I could not find this product anywhere except through PB! Buying this pill saved me even more seeing that I only had to purchase one product, where, anywhere else, I would have had to purchase two products to do what this pill does! I call your customer service to find out if the two pills I had been giving my dog could be swapped for the one pill product on your site. He asked what I had been giving my dog and said, yes, this one product would do all I need it to do! Saved so much more using this new pill as opposed to buying two products to give my dog ( which she doesn't like to take, so one pill makes it so much easier)! I LOVE you site, and am very happy I found you!
